The Southern Headache Society (SHS) (formerly Headache Cooperative of the South) was formed in 2010. Modeled after the Headache Cooperative of New England (HCNE) and Headache Cooperative of the Pacific (HCOP), SHS brings together health professionals dedicated to the treatment of headache disorders. Although most members are neurologists, SHS welcomes all physicians, mid-level practitioners, behavioral health specialists, orofacial specialists, and other professionals who treat headache disorders. The Listserv allows members to post clinical scenarios and other questions of interest, and receive informed opinions from the members at large.
